I stretch my fascia as much as possible. As many sets as it takes after a workout to make the muscle feel too loose to stretch, again a few hours later, late at night, in the mornings. I just feel the more often I stretch it, the more likely it is to "stay stretched" or not want to return to its initial state.

I also stretch often. Its excellent for poisterial problems too.

ALWAYS stretch PWO. Extreme stretch, hold the stretch for 30-60secs, its painful.

Don't forgot to follow up with some foam rollers. Talk about pain.

Yeah, i forgot to include that part. It is f*cking painful. By about half way through thr stretch I am hurting bad, and want to stop, and it feels like every second takes 10 seconds to pass. By the end of the stretch I am in some serious pain. BUT, it definately works. Since I have started fascia stretching, I have seen major improvements in muscle size and definition.
