    Trying something New

    In the past i have lifted heavy to put on size and mass. Now that im going to cycle i was thinking of High reps with light to medium weight. Looking for strength and lean up. whats yalls thoughts on this

    Strength gains are usually reaped from low rep high weight, hence powerlifters focusing on rep ranges of 1-5. I've always had success in the 12-15 rep range while cutting, 6-10 while bulking.
