Hey all, so some of you might have seen my previous work out routine that im doing. everything is working great for me except my shoulder work out. A few tips would be appreciated, i want to get big bowling ball shoulders, my bi's and tri's are starting to become bigger then my shoulders, looks stupid

Current shoulder work out on saturdays:

All in this order

Military press 4 sets 15, 10, 8, 6

Dumbbell shoulder fly's 4 sets 15, 10, 8, 6

Behind the neck barbell press: 4 sets 15, 10, 8, 6 (I LOVE THIS ONE IT FEELS GREAT AND I WILL NOT REPLACE IT)

Seated dumbbell shurgs: 4 sets 15, 10 , 8 ,6 (I HOLD FOR 3 SECONDS BEFORE LETTING WEIGHTS DOWN) (DOESNT SEEM TO BE WORKING)
