Tuesday-Back

pull ups
cardio
wed-legs

walking lunge
leg extensions
leg curls
calf raise
abs
Thursday-chest+trys
incline press
decline press
dumbbell fly's
fly machine
3 triceps exercises on machine
cardio
Friday- shoulders+back
shoulder press
shoulder shrugs
dumbbell arm raises
upright row
reverse lat pull-down
lat pull-down
lat push-down
bent over barbell row
dumb bell curl
preacher curl
abs

Is there a reason that your doing your chest twice ? Drop the Thursday workout move bis to your back day as your bis will already be pumped from your back workout and move Wednesday workout to Thursday this gives you a rest mid week , on your reps if your going heavy 6 to 8 , your arms you could do 15 reps to flush the blood in to them then do your heavy sets, if your doing dead lifts 5 to 6 reps heavy or 8 to 12 reps with 80% of your max weight
