    Question whats the best rep range for building strength ???

    what rep range do you think is best for improving on strength ?? i believe it to be 3-5 reps am i wrong ????

    anywhere between 1-6 has always worked for me.

    Pyramid sets. From 5-1. From 3 down really gets your body used to the heavy weight. The next session it will feel a bit lighter as a result. Best way to train for power if you ask me. You can finish off by using a lighter weight for more reps like 8-10 to get the slower twitch fibres used up at the end.
