    meal 4- protien 30g
    meal5- 250g fish/ large salad
    meal 6- protien 30g

    Routine-
    Monday-
    mma class (crossfit training and milling 45 minutes) (midday)
    arms 30 minutes, low intensity cardio 30 min (night)
    Tuesday-
    Mma class (midday)
    chest 30 min, low intensity cardio 30 min (night)
    Wed-
    low intensity cardio 1 hour
    thursday-
    mma class (midday)
    Shoulders 30min, low intensity cardio 30min (night)
    Friday-
    Mma class(midday)
    back30min, low intensity cardio 30min (night)
    Saturday-
    full body workout every2nd week
