    Bulking and cardio.

I never do cardio while bulking and I usually bulk for about 4 to 5 months straight. I am recently cutting at the moment to drop from 15% to atleast 13% bf this is my 2nd week cutting and I already went from 175 to 170 thnking most of it was water weight. so I dont think I will go lower than 165 pounds. until I start bulking again with my cycle ive been putting together. The real question is should I throw 30 mins of cardio 3 times a week on to my bulking? I see it a bit beneficial do to the fat that cardio burns fat so ill be clean bulking right? I dont really eat bad foods at is it already. Or should I leave cardio out for max bulking results? Do any of you do cardio while bulking including while taking creatine?

I never stop cardio. bulk/cut it doesn't matter. I think it's always a good idea to cardio while bulking.

Yea I am starting to think that way too. Not only do you feel much better but I feel like you keep most of the fat away.
The only thing that scares me is to over do it because I am an ectomorph and I can lose weight pretty quick.

^ doesn't matter how fast you lose, just do cardio and eat according to whatever goal you want. People over-think this stuff like there's no tomorrow. If you don't want to lose, run less. If you want to lose, run more.

And diet... I was an ectomorph/HardGainer at one point. It may take you some time to find the right diet/cardio/training/supplement regime that works for you and your goals. Trial and error. keep a journal of all to help track what does and doesn't work.

I use to think like you but i've incorporated cardio into my bulking regimen & honestly feel a lot better. I don't feel like a slow sack of crap.
