    Hello,

What is the best advise to focus on toning quads, and limiting to a minimum gains in size ?

Sets ? reps ? Rest in between ?

Ive always heard that to tone its more reps, less weight....not sure if that goes for quads as well

Train as hard as you like in any style you like. It's nutrition that will be the main factor in your growth. Calories in, calories out. You may be better served posting your question in the Nutrition Forum.

Yes i understand that. But the different ways of training also hit muscles differently. heavy short rest or lighter longer reps, number of sets etc ... does also play no ?

This is why im asking, and to answer EUROHOLIC, yes lets say that i want tu put muscle on, burn fat, BUT KEEP the size of my tighs to stay almost the same
