Then I would worry more about your diet.

    Visit our nutrition forum.

Just do cardio, it really doesn't matter what.

any good cardio means raising your heart beat and maintaining it for prolonged period of time. I've tried all of them and the most effective one was the low intensity fast walk cardio. its individual, so try them all and see which one works for you best.

There is a difference between aerobic and anaroebic. They get ther fuel sources from different locations. It depends on hiw much time you have fir cardio. If you have lots of time do low intensity (< 80% of max heart rate). If you are short on time do intervals... ie sprint - walk - repeat...

Experiment, find what works for you.

Any cardio exercise will work. Just get a heart rate monitor or use a machine at the gym with the hand hold ones. If you are on a treadmill just don't hold on the whole time just check every couple minutes.

To find your rate- (Very basic) take 220 minus your age. That is your max HR. Now take 80% of that. Don't go over that. This is the point where your muscle cells get their fuel from fat sources.

For jogging you will be VERY surpised at how slow you have to go... However over time you will notice you can increase in speed and your HR will remain the same.

This is only suggested if you have time. Otherwise stick to intervals.
