    need some advice

ive been lifting for about 5 years now and ive seen some awesome results. ive been doing all kind of workouts (high rep, low rep, etc). the past 2 weeks or so ive been trying a workout created by kali muscle where he does 5 exercises for 100 reps each, split into 20 rep sets for a total of 500 reps per body part. I get an awesome pump for it but im not sure if im gunna see any gains from it since everything ive ever done has been way lower reps. Should I keep doing it?

I think this more depends on your goals. My personal opinion is that heavy weights for 6-12 reps is best for mass. If your trying to decrease bf% then the higher reps will help to burn some extra calories.

I love this kind of workout about once a month. It makes the muscle grow bigger due to the increased blood flow. I also believe this is what makes my veins stick out! Strength sure, not power lifter workout, but good for size and definition. Really tests your will power too.

Worth a try. Just don't get caught up in the rep counting game. Its better to do 12reps giving maximum stimulation than to do 25reps just to get to the 25.
