    New wirkout regime

For the last couple of months my routine has been
    Sun calfs,abs,forearms
    Mon chest
    Tue back
    Wed shoulder
    Thu arms
    Fri legs
But I'm gonna start a cycle soon and because my recovery time is gonna be quicker I'm thinking of changing it to this while on cycle what do you think
    Sun (back, biceps & calf)
    Mon (chest,triceps & abs)
    Tue (shoulders, legs & forearms)
    Wed rest
    Repeat Thursday, Friday & Saturday
Not sure if it too much or should I just stick to my usual routine

I'm in the process of losing my body fat and my training was what you are about to start
    while on your cycle.

I have now been doing my training the same way you have been doing one body part a day
but I don't feel satisfied from this as I feel that I'm losing muscle as there a week between
    doing each body part.

How have you been with that first program you were doing ?

I felt better doing the 2nd program as I felt I was working harder.

It going alright but I've done it for a couple of months now and I think it run it course I have gained about 7 pounds (obviously my diet is a massive part of that) and I think it'll be good to shock the body and a more intense workout. ye fck it I'm going to start it tomorrow and jump on my cycle in 2 weeks

I think thats why I feel I'm not achieving anything as I work offshore and have loads of time to do my training
and also when I'm on my 7 weeks off work I have my gym to my self so when my session is over in about 40min
I feel like I'm not working hard enough will I see gains from doing one body part a week ? Or is it not enough?.

Also will this work when I'm trying to lower my BF I'm 22% and wanting to get down to 15% so I can do my first cycle ?
