    Name this machine

    At my gym we have one of these it's one of my favorite things to use, but I don't know what the hell it's called

    The one we have has no bench underneath it but looks almost identical to this

    That’s an iso lateral shoulder press machine...never seen one without a bench though

    It looks like it's set up for a separate adjustable bench that's not under it

    Ahh gotcha! It is one of my favorite shoulder machines too! Can face the bench to hit the front delts more as well!

    We have three different variations like this from flat, incline, and straight up.

    The incline one has an iso pull down bars/seat on the back side. The pull down bars dont allow you to be below your hands and I think it is the best damn lat exercise I have found.

    I like those machines though.
    Hammer strength has some real good iso machines
