    VERY skinny wrist and forearms...

Are they any excercises that you can suggest and also, are they any "at work" excercises that I can do as well? Thanks!

Reverse curls and deadlifts are probably the best for your forearms, however I couldn't imagine doing deadlifts at work.

dumbbell hammer curls work great for my forearms. as for the part closer to the wrist, maybe wrist curls and reverse wrist curls

get one of those stress balls and squeez as hard as you can as many times as you can untill you can't hold the ball, then do your other hand.
or tie a weight to a broom stick and roll it up and down (controlled) as many times as you can.

    http://www.powerballs.com/

Try this or a similiar gyroscope exercise ball. I have used it and it greatly improved my forearm/wrist strength. In fact I quit using quite sometime ago because a buddy of mine (Who had about 25+lbs more muscle than me) said that we had the same size forearms and I looked like popeye.

Would be very easy to use at work only takes a min or two in each hand.

Here is my routine for forearms. I complete it AFTER training bis:

Reverse Wrist Curls (over a bench)
    SUPERSET WITH
Wrist Curls (standing behind the back or over a bench)

I do three sets with progressively heavier weight each time. I start with a set of 25 reps and end up at about 10 reps. The pump is INSANE.

I also came across a training device called "the wedge"...it is a metal device that slips over your arm and allows you to do wrist curls in both directions. It has an adjustment from 1 (easiest) to 5 (hardest). I used to use this every few days to supplement forearm training and it worked well.

Small wrists may be something you are stuck with, but it will make your forearms appear bigger. I have small wrists and 15" forearms and they look huge.

    Good luck.

I wouldn't do specific exercises for forearms/wrists, they will be worked doing arm curls, deadlifts, shrugs etc.

go heavy with no straps and use chalk

I agree with this as well and if I do not train forearms, but continue with everything else then they stay full. I think there are some bros with small forearms and if they do not train them they just will not grow. Also, when I started training forearms, my grip strength and endurance on grip intensive exercises improved.
