    what do you love training the most?

    outta all your bodyparts (and do say the meat whistle)? i feel like a **** hoss on chest/tricep day. i hate leg day cuzz my numbers suck a fat one on that day, but on chest/tricep day its like no1 will dare to look at me. from a big bench to dipping 4 plates to so on and so on, it just feels like your on top of the world.

    i like arms and calves, my old favorite was chest, but that was before i broke my coller bone

    I voted for chest..... it has always been my favorite and my strong point. However, as of late I am starting to enjoy doing legs more and more. It seems they grow a lot faster than the rest of my body and I am way stronger lower body wise. My whole body has seemed to grow a lot faster once I started doing legs again.

    Legs by far. However this year I haven't trained them AT ALL. Febuary seen me injure my left hamstring training for a kickboxing tournament, then 7 weeks ago I put my knee out in Judo!..

    I should say that alongside legs I love training cardio. I believe its the foundation on which everything else should be built.

    i like leg days cause they are challangeing every week no matter what...but back and traps are the funnest IMO...love it when i get all swole and pumped with blood.

    lol...and try running to your car in a west texas rain storm where the winds are 30+ mph...did that last night...slowly but surely we made it

    I love training legs. I sometimes get anxiety attacks on leg day. All day at work I think about how I'm going to train legs and how much its' going to hurt. When I get to the gym I try and put all of that anxiety/energy into my leg workout. Sweat pouring down at the end of the first set.

    Hahahahaha I'm the exact same way. Tuesday and Friday are my leg days and I dread it with a passion......but I never miss a leg workout and I never slack up on the exercses........a while back did a 20 rep deep breathing squat routine with 320lbs and **** near pasted out. The next workout did a superset of lunges with step-ups...heart felt like it was going to jump out of my chest and I'd run a freaking marathon.

    I like having a big upperbody but it's no good if the wheels don't look as though they are able to support it. Sort of like owning a bad assed ride but you have ten speed bike tires on it. hahahaha

    shoulders, arms, chest, back, abs is the schizznet for me, i hate doing everything else, but i deal with it.... shoulders are the most favored ones.....

    My brother used to be my trainer. He had me doing single leg hack squats, at the bottom old for several seconds then back up. I was in so much pain I actually had tears coming of out my eyes. I was sweating so much the tears were mixing in. I don't think anyone could tell I was on there bawling so I didn't give a **** I kept going. My brother was laughing cause he said at the bottom of the squat he wasn't spotting he was pushing down as hard as he could.

    I DON'T TRAIN WITH MY BROTHER ANYMORE!
