As much as I love this type of music also, it don't seem to get me goin all that much during a workout or get me sorta pissed as does heavier music. But during cardio I'll listen to it. Ludi of course!, Lil John, G Unit, etc are a few of my favorites.

black metal all a bit stinky but i loved the old era of Celtic Frost, Bathory and the real heavy monster sound of Paradise Lost 'Gothic' era

gimme Obituary Slowly we Rot or even better Entombed Left Hand Path or Morbid Angel 'Chapel of Ghouls' or

my all time favourite: Godflesh 'ChristBait Rising'

the list goes on and on...

Limp Bizkit- Full Nelson "burn this mother f**ker down" "you'll get knocked the F**k out" (not a big Fred Durst fan but this song works)

    Most Pantera works too

Check out Dropkick Murphy. They are a high energy Irish-Punk/hardcore band and the kick ass. They had a song featured in "The Departed".

One of the most consitent songs that still gets me fired up is:
Nine Inch Nails - I wanna **** you like an animal

The beat, the lyrics, EVERYTHING in that song drives me crazy.
