As much as I love this type of music also, it don't seem to get me goin all that much during a workout or get me sorta pissed as does heavier music. But during cardio I'll listen to it. Ludi of course!, Lil John, G Unit, etc are a few of my favorites.

Rap can get me goin i guess, depends on the song....but if i wanna psych myself up i gotta get some metal....just that angry, guitar slashin, drum bangin aggression i hear when i listen to Metallica really puts me in the zone

i know some of the hardcore death metal fans usually found black metal kinda gay but Emperor and Mayhem are the **** to make your aggressiveness raise through the roof!!!
