save yourself a few bucks and just take 1200 mg of calcium with D. Same stuff....BTW there is a little bit of evidence that high doses of calcium do alivaiate hangover symptoms. A better course of action would be to drink like 2 big gatoraids right before you go to sleep.

Just drink like 40oz of water before you to sleep, you'll be fine.

Yep, hangovers are 90% dehydration. I hate them so much, I haven't had one in 6 years. I just drink a ton of water before going to sleep.

get a bottle of gatorade and sip on it while your drinking your beer. unless your at a bar you might catch some ****.
you can also mix some liquors like bacardi with juice and gatorade and you dont get as hung over because it helps keep you hydrated.
i think chaser helps. but its not a hangover cure.

also ive had luck drinking clear liquors, not vodka or everclear tho, but all the others seem to cause less hangovers for me and also have less calories ect..

I think that you should drink a lot before bed, while your drinking, and before you start to drink. Eat a meal before bed, and keep gatorade by your bed. Drink everytime you wake up. Before bed also take a multi vitamin and advil....have yet to have a hangover when i do this....but when i dont i do

    Hangovers are from brain dehydration.

A few GRAMS of vitamin c BEFORE u drink, and AFTER you drink, is the best chance at avoiding a hangover.

hope the link works ive never tried to add one before. hangovers come from dehydration and acetylaldehyde toxicity. some things have claimed to work like ru21 (developed by the kgb) but liv52 is the only one that has some proof.
