    Worst injuries you've ever had?

What are some of the worst injuries you've ever had?

    Me:

    Broken leg (playing ball)

    Broken hand (playing ball)

Broken finger (Pinched it between the dumbells I was using and the ones I left on the floor.)

Broke my elbow and i had nerve damage. I eventually had to have surgery to move the ulner nerve and remove a fist size ball of scar tissue from around the nerve. I have 120 stitch scar on the inside of my arm....

Basketball of all things, doing a stupid dunk showoff event in a college gymnasium. This was 4 days after a photoshoot, so I was very very lean, filled out and carbed up nicely, and felt like superman.

    Then I met my cryptonite.

Yeah, it's probably happened 3 times. Twice when I was young, once when I was drunk. I am proud to say that it's been at least a decade since it last occured. *Standing Proud*

left leg came out of the socket and was longer than the right when i was lying there screaming like a little girl. broke every finger except right thumb. broken collar bone. both wrists broken. couple of toes. seperated shoulder. broken nose 5 or 6 times. countless sprains, countless stitches, countless bruises. when people say hockey players are tough sometimes i just tell them we are stupid. wouldnt trade any of it though.

    1) tore my rotocuff-- pretty painful wrestling tourny
    2) dis-located shoulder (same one) in fight- fought 290 lineman doubled him like an idiot and tore it right out as he went back.... knocked him out cold tho!! didnt even know my shoulder was out until i got on top of him and my fist wouldnt reach his face...
    3) most painful injury was my knee: doctors told me i had scholerosis (sp) in my knee. basically my knee cap was growing in a curve or some $hit, i was pretty young but will never forget the pain i went through....

some of you guys got fcked up!!!!

The worst thing to happen to me injury wise was my senior year in high school i was playing basketball with my friends and twisted awkwardly over my body to where my entire body weight was on my right big toe. i didnt hear a pop or anything just fell to the ground in pain. couldnt walk for a week and to this day i cannot go into an all out sprint, kinda sux. any injury that is lasting and prevents you from doing something you once could is worse than just a painful one.

Ive had a lot of dental work though......
Front left tooth knocked out 3 times, front right one fractured above the gumline
both front teeth root canaled, post in front left, bonded twice
had few cavitites here and there
just had my wisdom teeth pulled
i dont have feeling in my front teeth though which is kinda cool, its just dental work is so **** expensive. In a few years when i have my final procedure to fix my tooth i will have at least a $20,000 mouth, and it doesnt even look that good.

    All right........let's see:

Torn all the ligaments in the right knee....blew it out playing ball. Picture taking your knee and bending it completely to the side.
    Hernia
    Broken fingers and toes.
    You know, the usual things.

My list is quite extensive but here's the most painful.

15 years old. Riding my CR125 in my backyard. Wearing shorts/tanktop, no helmet. See jump. Hit jump. Fly through the air into a tree. Land on the ground head hits a rock. I am unconcious for an undetermined amount of time. The exhaust pipe was laying on my bare right calf the whole time I was unconcious. Any of you who had a 2 stroke machine know exactly what I'm talking about. Those f*ckers get hot and they are large. Make a long story short, many stitches in my head. Very deep cavern in my calf. A skin graft later and I'm physically distorted for life. Here's the fun part. Before I had the skin graft, I had a deep hole in my leg where fungus was growing. So every day in the shower I had to scrape all of the crap off of the wound to prevent infection. Just the water touching it was pain, the scraping was the worst thing I've ever experienced.

Icepick underneath my chin/jaw a bunch. I couldn't eat solid food for 3 months. Out of all of them, although not life threatening really, it was the worst.
