    Gas Prices

Gas is killing me! My gym membership is already expensive, now getting there everyday is even more expensive. Post how much gas is where everyone is from. In Louisiana it is around 2.70/gallon.

I guess it is about $2.5 here but I really do not look at the price.. Honestly what difference does it make if you want to drive you have to pay. It beats taking the bus or walking. Of course 80% of my stock portfolio is in oil & gas production and exploration so I don't mind the high prices.

2.55 Alabama. I only drive to the gym and to the grocery store. I either walk to class or take the transit system. I fill up once a month, sometimes less.

yeah sorry man, 1 dollar for 1 litre is like 4.50 for a gallon. and then with the conversion it is more. it is the taxes that cause are prices to be that much higher.

2.70 here in the Carolinas. It's getting ridiculous, but it'd probably still cost you alot more to take a taxi or bus everyplace.

$2.86 here. I spend about $400 a month on gas. I think it's time to sell the Avalanche.

doesnt matter. we need to raise taxes on gas higher. people wont conserve as long as gas is as cheap as it is and we're on the verge of a very serious oil crisis so we need to buy as much time as possble, keeping gas prices low wont do that, all it does is damn us in the end. which is going to be much sooner than you think.

we wont have an oil shortage in my lifetime, i'll guarantee it, the opec ****s have been cutting production off for so long, there's plenty of oil there.....and the us is just going to take over the whole middle east so the oil will be ours

bro, at the current consumption rate if demand and production stayed the same, all oil will be gone in 32 years, but world demand is increasing at 3% per year, we WILL see an oil shortage in out lifetime and it will be very soon, prices of 200-400$ a barrel for oil are not that far off in the horizon, 5-6 years max before 7-12$ a gallon is the norm, and we'll be screwed because we're not prepared.
