Personal Best: 495 for one rep at the weight of around 190
I'm 198 right now...only started back training intensely (and doing deads period) a couple weeks now. Thursday i ended at 395 for one rep.
I use a narrow stance...alternate grip and straps on the heaviest sets.
I Don't use a belt at all when i train...for any bodypart... i find they limit my strength as they compress my lower diaphram...Personally, i think learning how to breath properly is better than using a belt.

Last year I weighed in 175 before my cycle, and i was pulling 550 for 2 reps with a belt. Now...im leaner...and weighing about 177 before cycle..and i am able to pull 550 + no problem.
