Man....that really bothers me if you are serious..nothing I didn't do but you really should have researched a tad bit before you jumped into it.

I was 24, 200 lbs and could squat 500 lbs (3 sets 8 reps). People forget how important legs are to train. People ask me how I shread fat and put on muscle at the same time. It's from working my legs. That is the largest muscle group in the body thus they burn the most calories when breaking down and repairing themselves. Besides, it looks so retarted when I see a guy with a huge upper body and little scrawny stick legs. If I can walk after doing my legs, then I didn't work them hard enough! Peroid! What happened to "no pain, no gain". I don't mean to sound like a dick but people who don't do squats because it hurts need to stop being a pussy and suck it up.

I can easily donkey press (standing) the whole rack.

The only draw back to big legs is that most jeans don't fit me right.

I could do more but my lower back cant take it. I am probably the opposite of everyone on this board. I have big legs and a small upper body. My bench sucks. Even before I hurt my shoulder I couldnt bench my weight. Imagine it now.

    cmon bro

that is possible, at 195, i bet punisher can do it. i am the same weight and i never squat for reps that high, but i think i could be in that ball park. at least for 15 reps, but seriously, 15 or more reps in the squat is a bitch!!!!!! i wouldn't even consider trying it on a dare for money. i did 2 sets of 15 reps with 225 when i was 16 weighing around 165lbs and i threw up after the second set!my legs were sore for a wk and i couldn't walk. i never did over ten reps ever again.

After 495 my lower back was very sore making 545 heavier than it should have been. I can do a lot. I've done 565 before pretty easy. I would say close to 600 RAW.

Obviously depth is a huge factor. All mine are parallel or below. Some guys go half way down and post their big numbers. I see some sick numbers in this thread LOL. Numbers comparable to Ronny Coleman.

actually, looking at my log, my numbers are from early august, and i doubt i'll squat heavy for the rest of the year. no reason to make anything worse.

Nice numbers. I'll have to google that condition. I don't think I have anything serious at all, and it doesn't last long, but as the sets go on my lb hurts. I think it's just the heavy weight and the low depth. My buddy gets it too and he squats pretty big.
