    No, that's my goal.. most I've been is 172 but I got sick and slacked on my diet for two weeks... Went down some... Now I'm going up pretty steadily

    I'm estimating that my max was around 600lbs. I was able to do 525lbs for 5 reps on 3rd set of squats. Was 20 when I did that much but don't lift heavy too much anymore, about maybe for one month every 3rd month. I'm sick of all these damn injuries everywhere all the time because of constantly going heavy. High reps, high sets, low weight still works awesome at building muscle.

    Seriously...over 50 posters who claim over 400lb squats. I especially love the ones who are 18yrs old and squat 500lbs in highschool.

    Anyways, I personally dont ever go over 405 if anyone cares lol.

    How the hell do you guys squat so much. I have trouble doing 405 x 2 times if I squat parallel. I guess my legs are weak for my size, need a lot of work on the wheels still.
