    Unhappy Pitty Party for Grappler13

    Started my first cycle on Jan 1, 2006 of test-e @ 500mg/wk and frontloaded with dbol at 30mg.ed. Nolva throughout and have clomid for PCT. I ran the cycle through 11 weeks and have one week until PCT starts.

    Jan 10: Broke ankle: Said **** it and kept lifting (huge gains due to dbol on strength)

    Jan 21: Wrecked into my boat trailor with both shins at full force causing broken ankle to swell and pool blood. Kept working out

    A wek ago, I sliced a huge chunk of skin out of my right hand and keot lifting with it wrapped up and got a record of 350lb for four at a slim 200lb. Screw the gash n my had.

    Today, I've got bronchitis and the tear in my hand ripped wide open on some sheet metal on a job site. FUDGE!

    I've had more injuries this year than I can remember since motocross as a teenager.

    Seems like my PCT Workouts are limited to legs as the heavy bar moves with hards cause the gash to bleed and ooze gross clear shit.

    WTF: I've been super diet clean for three months, religiously worked out and now that I need to really solidify my gains, my damned right hand is out.

    Any advise as to what exercises to do to keep mass without using my hands too much? Woe to me. This sucks!

    yah, that sucks man. I've had to cut short cycles b4, I know how it feels

    stop working out, start relaxing and watch TV, wait for the hand to heal - give the body a break & then hit the gym hard
