    Stupid damn weekend

    ****ing weekend.. Friday was supposed to be a cheat day.. then the whole damn weekend turned into a cheat day, and to boot it was a ****ing long weekend!!!!!! And on top of that it rained every ****ing day, and I got 500 dollars in ****ing tickets... grrrrrr
    I had a good leg workout at least

    No.. because I stole peoples food... Apperantly thats a crime

    Nah I accidently spun my tires and got an "unnessesary noise violation" ticket, which lead the officer to inform me of my expired license.. I was like huh.. Should be able to get out of it !!

    its alright bro my weekend sucked too. . i was stuck home with strep throat. hurt like a bit**.. worst part was that saturday was a big night (boys bday). i got stuck as designated driver all night feeling like crap and dehydrated as i could drink any liquids because of the pain. only cool thing was that i was able to drive my boys navi, whippin that thing around...

    Ummmmmm I sorta did ... Im not smart LOL.. You have to understand this is a small town.. everyone knows everyone.. I work out with the constiples boss, in fact we're going to a bodybuilding comp.. He said Id get outta them all .. So it should be ok.. I might have to pay some of the noise one though lol

    I did the same thing...I was suppose to have one cheat day. It turned into a weekend eating frenzy....pizza, chinese, beer ben&jerries etc. here it is monday and 10lbs later! Anyone one else get wicked depressed after falling off the wagon? I was about to throw in the towel....I felt like killing myself.

    Ouch brotha!! Too bad, drinking honestly makes the throat feel better (till the next morning)

    I've lost 25lbs since january, and I seem to be stuck....so thats not helping my efforts. I need to lose another 10-15lbs to get were i need to be.

    Ya but everyone has set backs! I didnt eat fast food but I took in carbs after 3 pm and had a couple beers in the evening etc!

    i take in carbs up till my pre bed meal ... whats wrong w/ that?

    now the beers... i can see that not being so GOOD for ya
    just chalk it up as a loss and press on

    And thats why your fat JJ.
    I find that if cutting carbs between 12-2pm makes me drop major weight! I could not do cardio nor workout and still lose weight!

    Lol now that I read that.. .. I mean that at the I take in my last carb meal between 12 and 2 pm, except for my Post workout shake. I find that taking in no carbs after 2 pm (at the latest) really rips me up!..
