    Ugh, AM Cardio.

    Waking my ass up at 7:30 to go do an hour of cardio and abs before breakfast, and before my first class at 11.


    i lovvvvvvve it.



    anyone else just love the excitment of getting out of your warm comfy bed to make a date with the treadmill and eliptical machine?

    I don't know about lovvvvvvve it but it is necessary. I don't even think about it anymore, I just do it. After I am done, I am hyped for the day. Got my cardio in, the whole day ahead of me. Do you have a treadmill/eliptical at home or do you go to the gym that early?

    pah, 7:30 wake up is easy!

    6am wake up for 7am cardio is the bitch man, then uni 9-5 really isnt fun at all!

    i think going to the gym in the morning is great. i feel really refreshed after getting my workout done.

    I start my AM cardio in a couple of weeks. I'll have to get up around 5am. Not really looking forward to it, but its a evil you cant do without.

    well 7:30am is practical, there is no use of me getting up at 5/6am, because i dont have anything planned untill 11am.

    And yes, i gotta go to the gym which is only luckly, about 1.5 miles from my dorm.

    Ya, it sucks but you gotta do it. Plus, when its over you feel good for the rest of the day. I havent done AM cardio in like a month now

    I truly believe that the endorphins that are released during cardio, plus the "mental" satisfaction/comfort you have after getting it "done" and knowing it's out of the way, compliment each other pretty damn well to make things feel/seem just a bit better for some reason.

    I dunno, that's how it makes me feel. I actually have more energy during the day when I do my a.m. cardio than when I don't do a.m. cardio.

    I do cardio around 6am 6 days a week. As swole said, what a feeling right when you finish it. Knowing that you have already accomplished more than the "Average Joe" by now.

    Boy you sure like to sleep in.. I am up at 4am, check my email, get ready for the gym. 5am cardio everyday.. I am done, home, showered and had my first meal before you even get out of bed.

    Kids

    If I don't get their at 5am to do cardio all the fatties are lopping along and hogging (and I mean HOGging) the machines until about 10am.
