Ugh, AM Cardio.
Waking my ass up at 7:30 to go do an hour of cardio and abs before breakfast, and before my first class at 11.
i lovvvvvvve it.
anyone else just love the excitment of getting out of your warm comfy bed to make a date with the treadmill and eliptical machine?

i think going to the gym in the morning is great. i feel really refreshed after getting my workout done.

I start my AM cardio in a couple of weeks. I'll have to get up around 5am. Not really looking forward to it, but its a evil you cant do without.

well 7:30am is practical, there is no use of me getting up at 5/6am, because i dont have anything planned untill 11am.
And yes, i gotta go to the gym which is only luckly, about 1.5 miles from my dorm.

I hate getting up at 5am, and I hate going to bed at 9pm even more. But it needs to be done.

I do cardio around 6am 6 days a week. As swole said, what a feeling right when you finish it. Knowing that you have already accomplished more than the "Average Joe" by now.
