    little hercules

    seen a program about this little dude thats been ripped since 8 years old....hes 12 now, not as ripped, but his abs are outstanding. and he is drug free, hey he says he passed 3 screens. his abs inspired me, i will get them in 6 months, thats my goal. it must be the juice keeping them from showing on me..................lol

    they showed a programme on that kid a couple of months ago and reckon his dad was feeding him steds in his food without anyone knowing , he wouldn't let his mother prepare his meals and he also made him train for up to 8 hrs a day , I think it's a real sad story

    The kid is messed up man. He doesnt have a normal life and his dad is just insane beyond belief. It is impressive that the kid beches like 200lbs tho, it said somethin like that on the tv show about him.
