damn right pec
I was stretching Monday (I know I havent stretched in forever)..and it like tightened my pec where it meets at the anterior deltoid..yall know what i mean. Anyway, I pushed with it bothering me anyway cuz im stupid and I refused to go home...well I got to 355 or so and it started hurtin quite a bit. Its just an annoyance right now...what u guys predict..a week or so?
Oh and this is because I need to start posting more threads..

hmmm it all depends on the pain
and can you move it right now
like can you move your shoulder and chest
can you tense your chest??

ya i can flex it..but i just did and then it kinna stung after. When I stretch it is when I feel it most. Pushups, benching and pushing movement makes it hurt

might be few weeks..
im not an expert could have pinched something...
or got a little tear cause ive had something like that b4
took me bout 2 to 3 weeks
to recover

more of a hurt.....damn i reallly dont feel like taking any time off..im really bad at this kinna stuff

let your body tell you. if your body sais to ease off then do it. better to take a little time off then to let it mess you up in the long run, you know what i mean

yeah it is chest6 but once you do it once or twice when it is required
you will see the benefit of it and you will get used to it
and wouldnt mind taken time off

I would take some time off because if you push it you just may TEAR OR RIP it, like I did only a lot worse, then you are going to be out for a VERY LONG TIME.

i pulled mine while benching on my 3rd rep of 315. i had to take 2 wks off and it feels fully recovered.
