Way I think of it, if life throws a brick wall in my way, I'll knock it down so hard it's bricks will cry with pain and I will continue onward. Nobody will stop me from accomplishing anything I set out to do. If someone holds me back or brings negativity to anything I do, I will bury them.

And when I say "working with me" I mean in the sense you remain silent or give me constructive criticism to help better myself or just being a friend to me. I dont need people to take me away from my path or lead me in the wrong direction in my life. I realized after a year and a half of dating a girl a few years back she wasn't headed anywhere positive in her life and I cut her loose just like that. It hurt but it will hurt more in the long run. Those are the types that need to go.

Amen, that way the only one that will bring us down is ourselves. With only yourself to blame, you can be the only one that lifts you back up. If you surround yourself with people that cannot lift themselves up they will only drag you down to thier level.
