i messed up again

so last night i was pretty drunk and my and my ex gf started fighting. i lost my temper and started punching the wall.i totally lost it and went crazy even throw a full tall boy at my wall i dont no what got into me. but now i think i broke my hand and knuckls i cant move my right hand and its all black and blue.so i am going to find out how bad it is. i am done drinken for a while 2 wks i punched a window out what is wrong with me?my ex thinks i am crazy so does my mom.

On another note, as a fitness oriented site, I find it amazing how many threads are related to alcohol and people acting f*cking stupid because of excessive drinking.

Time for a reality check.

yup my ex i dont no why i let her get to me the last 3 times i did something crazy and stupid was because of her but this was the last time. ya i am going to the doc today hopefully its not bad.

I myself am getting out of that same situation. My bf and I had to take a break because our fights would just get too intense. Which is crazy considering how much we really do love each other. But when things start getting outta control then you have to get out.
Take a break and maybe in time you will realize what is missing....... or maybe you'll just be glad to have her outta your life. Good luck.

ya i am for sure cutting the drinking out.ya its a sitution i need out of two weekends i punched the window out. i can control my temper and drinking but she knonws how to push my buttons when i am drunk and i lose it.i am never like this towards any one when i drink. update i went to the doc took ex rays and i will find out tomrw whats wrong.

i dont know. i think thats true to an extent, but some people can really get to you. in my case its liz, the woman i have been in love with for over 5 years. she says the wrong thing to me, and i feel like im having an emotional breakdown.
