Well my solution would be not to talk to her..

People can only do to us, what we allow them to do..

We put ourselves in situations we know we can't handle, so of course things get out of hand.. but ultimately.. it still is the individuals fault

I do not understand people that get this drunk and pissed liek this.. To me there is much more to it than the alcohol. If you have a bad attitude before the liquor you will have a bad attitude after. Not picking on you personally you need to really reevaluate your life and decide if drinking and punching walls and being pissed at your Ex-Gf is worth having a broken hand? Aren;t you only like 18 or something like that?

To anyone that comes to this site and asks if it is okay to drink and smoke and do drugs while on cycle is a fool. Hell that stuff is not cool even when you are not if you are caring anything about your body.. why bother lifting if you are going to shit is all away by doing drugs.

Now onto the Gay thing.. I always wondered why people think it is cool to see two girls together and not two guys? To each his/her own but why show that stuff in a BB forum? just curious..

I must agree with you there...to me it is an excuse for people to say "Oh, i was drunk"..please..i have never been one to hit things when mad..i might get mouthy but never felt like i had to hit something, mostly dumbass guy's do this.

ya i am only 19.i know its not smart to be drinken especail with my temper.i did learn my lesson and i am cutting the drinken out.i did go to the doc and my hand is not broken just very swollen and i still cant move it and its all burised.looks like ill be doing legs and cardio for a few wks.
