Question What kind of music do you listen to when you train?

I've gotta have my music at all times in the gym. I can't stand the shit they play in there, and it helps me to block everything out. I live for metal, so I'm usually listening to some pretty hard stuff-especially on really heavy days. Currently it's been Vader, Nile and Cannibal Corpse, although you can never go wrong with some old school Metallica. I also really dig the new Slipkot album-intense! What do you guys(and gals)listen to?

Shredz: i saw PVD earlier this year and i went to Gatecrasher on the 24 & 25 ( it went for 2 days ) and saw armin van burren, tall paul and scott bond.

The music gets your worked up hard

Tiesto is great, but the "RIVA" remix of iio's "Rapture" is awesome.

Quite a bit of it depends on mood. But usually the gym I go to (university gym) plays dance/pop music and it seems to work okay with the motivation...especially since I like all types of music!!! Hehe

Hard stuff like Rage against the Machine, or Metallica. Also funky stuff like Bob Marley or Sublime. I plan on getting Big Shiny Tunes too.
