Yes he did/does have family and (I recall a broken heart at one time from a divorce, later got back together never remarried) Very gentle and mild mannered human... he is an extremely intelligent man and had his masters in several subjects including History, Political Science, and Sociology. He also is fluent in several languages... yes I know useless trivia haha I know... hahaEvery man has the ability to be a fool, it is what he does to recover that shows who the fool really is.

Met the man at the Arnold in 97 or 98...Even had my pic taken w/him. and yeah, i paid like 20.00 for it but i didn't care. And let me tell you, the guy could freakin eat! Watched him chow down on a steak like it was child's play. Forget the sides, but he was a beast!
The sport needs more people like him!

This GH15 stuff is garbage! Who cares what shawn said flex said he said! Nasser would never sit down in front of a computer and go through forums and type garbage! If anything it was a mutual friend who would type stuff he said or multiple friends.

Yes, he died of renal (kidney) failure, but it was the result of battling malaria as I understand it? That's what many sources are saying.
"El Sonbaty, 47, passed away, allegedly from malaria, leading to kidney failure, this week."
From: http://www.ironmanmagazine.com/blog/...ty-dead-at-47/
So, you are saying he died of renal failure without a direct cause?Last edited by Atomini; 03-25-2013 at 08:48 AM.

Yes Kidney infection. The malaria thing was just a rumor. Not bashing anybody that said it because it's all over the net.
