Plan me a diet
I know, I know....Its not the diet section, howver there are alot more members lurking here so I figured I will get more responses...how selfish of me eh?
Ok so here we go. I need yall to plan me a new diet, I had a diet, worked good, but I wanna see what yall have to say...
Im looking for 3200-4000 calories a day with around 150-200 protein a day and keep fat to a minimum. It should be consisted of Rice, Pasta, Eggs, Oats, Weight Gainer, Chicken, Tuna, Veggies, Peanut Butter, Potatoes..... try to fit it in 6 meals. (add something of your own if ya like)

Can someone tie my shoes while you're at it? Read through the diet forum, formulate some ideas of your own then when you have what you think looks like a good plan post it up for critique in the diet forum and let other members help out.
