going beyond your set reps.....
lately ive been lifting, and ive been adding 5 lbs every next time i workout that muscle. but i cant get enough of it. i seem to be lifting and then i see the progress and it makes me want to lift more... is this bad cuz i dont want to over work my muscles....

If you feel like doing more do more. If you do overtrain them, well atleast you know now, but unless you give it a go you won't know.
