You know you are addicted to AR when...
You think up responses to people in real life conversations and imagine yourself putting bouncing purple smiley faces at the end of your sentences...
10-22-2003, 05:11 PM #2
When you refer to your friends as "bros" even the ladies.

I'm not an addict, I'm just a little attracted to these boards.

When u tell someone bigol'legs leg shocker workout is awesome.
When u say Big Texan said my diet needed these changes.
When u say mass junkie let out 3 nasty farts and laughs about it.
When u tell people bdtr is a big bad mofo.
When u say your bros are cool...and they say with one...and u say the ones on AR.
Their like WTF... ...Who is AR...I'm like never mind u want understand.
But still I don't think I'm addicted....well maybe alittle.

Oh, I use to be a bad addict. I am still an addict, but not as bad. Here are some of mine when I was at my worst.
When you quit watching TV and spend the time refreshing AR hoping someone replies to a thread so you can read it and reply too.
When you are on the board every second you are at home and when you get a phone call you tell them to hold on so you can reply to a message real quick.
Whey you wish you had a smilie that you could use at the end of a sentence when you talk to people. Mine was You have to use a smilie, you just can't do that yourself without looking like an idiot. LOL
When you talk more about your friends on AR, then you do your everyday friends.
I will think of more later.

Note: I don't do squats due to a extreme lower back pain and my leg night is done at my work. Thus no Power Rack, and only a shitty smith machine for squatting if nessicary.

And why don't you accept paypal for ASN? One of the only ways I can pay.

im disappointed.. your more worried about getting home than having a good leg workout....
Look up my leg blaster and the first one I believe will be good for you.. no squats but a superset with leg presses and hack squats

When you think, "I bet the bros in the workout forum would appreciate how strict my form is in these hammer curls."
When you are working out and can't wait to post a new way to hit your lats.
When you find a new way to cook chicken or tuna you are very excited to hit the diet section of AR.
And when you write "An Ode to Carbohydrates" in the diet section.
