The TV and radio are shot; I'm in a delima
Sumbitchin radio has this buzzing noise and I can't pick up my shows dammit. My TV blew out 2wks ago, which I don't mind so much; it just gives me more time to read. Orielly Factor and Hannity & Comes are missed, the occasional Sienfeld re-run, but I enjoy reading much more.
BUT I cannot live without talk radio. All this week I've been trying to ignore this BZZZZZZZZZZZ that goes along with the conversation, and I keep having to turn the frickin dial up all the way which is like an ice pick in the ear.
Any of you have an entertainment media that you can't stand to live without?

There has got to be a site on the web that has your shows. There are a few radio stations up here in Canada that you can listen to right online. Check it out.
I personally need music...don't need the talking but have to have music in the background.

EDIT: any media that gets me my porn is crucial as well

Music.... and ESPN, history channel are 3 things I cannot live without.
Hey Pheedno.... there's this place (quite magical) that you go to and they actually have radios and tv's right there on the shelves.... you just pick one you like and them give them this paper stuff called currency and you can take it home with you.... j/k bro. Just bought my new wide screen last week and am enjoying it quite well.... now as for talk radio.. gotta listen to the Lembech(spelling) show, Rush, and Paul Harvey.

TV............what the hell is that? hahaha
To tell the truth I don't listen to radio (talk or music) they all suck. I have a crap load of CD's along with a 300 disk changer at the house and a stacker in my truck. I'll bet I only watch about thirty minutes of TV a night and even less on the weekend...........unless a good movie came out on video.
At work we took an old server (we told the boss we scrapped it) and everybody in the IT department brought in all their CD's and saved them as MP3's on the server...............I'll bet we have like 4000 songs on it by now. I link the PC to the server and listen all day long............and never hear the same song twice for days.

Jugg... please!!!! Don't be talking like you have cd's and all. God knows you still carry around that ratty old 8-track player and all the 8 tracks from back in your day. So what is your favorite Bee Gee's song?

Pheedno.................bro I think you're just going to have to break down and buy some new equipment. That or you'll have to start putting on our own puppet shows. You could make a Rush doll.............a little round fat one that shakes all the time from withdraws.
