Thats why I wasnt post-whoring.. gotta apologize to all the hard-core post whores. It was coming out both ends, and I still feel like crap today.. but that didnt keep me from kicking out some sets on quads today.

I felt kinda weak cause I only did 1800 on the press for 6 reps... and squats I only did 5 sets of 415 at 2x4 squats for 8 reps. But next week Ill come back strong....
