True theory???
How many grams of protein can you absorb in one meal??? I read in another thread it was anywhere from between 40-60 ish. Holy shit....that's the amount you can absorb?? At about 7 at night, I'll eat a can of tuna (34g) and 16oz of milk mixed with two scoops hydro-whey(62g total)...so I'm looking at 96 grams for that meal! Am I wasting my time eating all this???

No way to diffinitively nail that down. Depends on a persons height, weight, BF%, metabolism, etc.
I only have one meal that is below 75g, and it's my PW which has 55g

I'm older and found more than 55g at a time turns to fat.I really have to monitor my diet closely, one little thing and I'm fucked.I'm on cycle now and don't need the 5000 cals a 25yr old needs, that's why I have to keep HGH in the mix.43 btw

DA BULL....does protien turn to fat...i was under the impression that your body does not absorb it and flushed it out.

If you take in an excess amount of calories, it doesnt matter if its from protien, carbs, or fat, it can still turn to fat.

Excessive protein can lead to an insulin spike, yes, and lead to fat. BTW this should be in the Diet Forum.

I always answer questions. So do plenty of other bros. As a matter of fact there is a thread about 9 or 10 down that covers this exact topic.
