Just Bought My First House
I just moved in to my first house last month. Thats why i've been off of the board lately my phone line needed to be installed. It feels so great to be 24 and have my own house Just wanted to let you all know whenever you come out to VEGAS YOU CAN STAY WITH ME :LOL:

It is truly a fantastic feeling the first night you sleep in your own house. I didn't even sleep that night. I was 24 and a newly wed. The lack of sleep was not due to being a newly wed either. It just laid there feeling great...like the first night on freshly washed 400 thread count sheets.

Actually, BOL, it is not as tough to do as you might think. I realize you have a couple of kids, and that is a serious drain on the ole finances, but as hard as you work...I have no doubt you can pull it off. It will take a bit of planning, but you can work it out.

Yep being a home owner is a terrific feeling...I was 25 myself when I bought my home.. Wait til you pull in some equity! Then your options take off!
