It is truly a fantastic feeling the first night you sleep in your own house. I didn't even sleep that night. I was 24 and a newly wed. The lack of sleep was not due to being a newly wed either. It just laid there feeling great...like the first night on freshly washed 400 thread count sheets.

    CONGRATS!

In that case...Raulph Lauren egyptian sateen.

Wait a minute...got to check...yep...my manhood is still intact. Talking about sheets on a board about gear can make you check yourself.

Now I need to go watch NASCAR, chew tobacco and shoot something to feel all masculine again. (In reality, I only have one of those vices.)

Actually, BOL, it is not as tough to do as you might think. I realize you have a couple of kids, and that is a serious drain on the ole finances, but as hard as you work...I have no doubt you can pull it off. It will take a bit of planning, but you can work it out.

Yep being a home owner is a terrific feeling...I was 25 myself when I bought my home.. Wait til you pull in some equity! Then your options take off!

    Congratulations...

Imagine me buying a house in this area (at 32 never mind 24) where a crappy house goes for $400,000.
