    Changing tiles.. going up the ladder.....123's of getting ahead

    Just got my title change for the 2nd time since i joined...

    Just wanted to know how you qualify for the bumps in stature..

    It can't be on just # of post alone.. i haven't done that many.. (Hoss would be GOD if that were the case...

    Have made a few.... be active on the board daily....

    started longish running threads...

    and don't ask mods for a source.. (did ask to verify... no reply.... now i know why..)

    And... be be a nice guy... but with an opinion.. that helps others.....

    Thanks for that... i guess i will just have to get a voice to type to make this a lot quicker.....

    I only type about 45 wpm..

    so the voice activated might be the way to go..........
