First off, you really should take your resting temp for the next four or five days to get a baseline of where your basal metabolic rate (BMR) is at right now, then from there we can suggets a dosage and time frame best suited for your needs! This thread below describes how to check your BBT:

Before you even consider running clen or T3. First of all, what are your current stats (i.e. height, weight, bodyfat%, etc.) How long have you been training? What does your diet look like?
Diet and cardio are the key to weight loss - there is no quick fix. If being lean were as easy as taking a pill, we'd all be that way

Read the educational threads for this info. There is an pleniful abundant amount of info on both these supplements along with how to stack them together with proper dosages.
