PCT and Cardio

Hey guys,

A few days into my PCT and I have a question. During the last weeks of my cycle I rean Tren /Winny/Prop to cut up and increased my cardio to 45 mins 4/5 times a week. Now that I am in PCT should I be doing that much cardio...still trying to cut up and get my abs out. They are starting to surface and I think I will get them to show in a few weeks. BUT I dont want to lose the gains I made this cycle. I am already down to 210 from my peak of 219is in mid cycle.

Suggestions.

PS Was doing Clen but stopped after two days...way too much shaking, way too bad headaches and I think my Kidneys were gettin hit hard...peeing like a MFer.

Hane you tried ECA..I dont think the cardio will hurt you just need to keep HR 65-75% of max...Any thing above 75% is cardio and will become catabolic..(I think this is right)

How/why did your cycle end long before you were done cutting? That doesn't make sense to me.

I was told but dont know true it is, But ECA is supposedly slightly anti-catabolic..

I have a ECA left but can get ahold of any Ephedra anymore since the ban...any ideas are welcome on that topic.

I have been doing some interval laps of jogging 1 lap then, walking 1 lap for 20-30 minutes , than another 10 on the eliptical. I am sweating tons...but I am not doing HEAVY instensity.

I am keeping my heartrate in the 120 range during most of the cardio.

I figured it ended, yes, but just wondered why you ended it if you were not done? Perhaps next time you could begin "naturally" when you have MORE bodyfat to lose, and can use the gear to "protect" your lean mass when you get to crunchtime as you are now.

That's far more ideal then getting to the "nitty gritty" that is right now, and starting PCT.........not a good scenario, no.

Well it was a long cycle and I didn't want to stay on much longer. I got extremely good results from it and was very happy. You can see my pics on my old thread from a few weeks back.

I am listening to what you told me before and doing cardio and diet to get the fat off...I said screw the Clen ...it sucked.

Hey dumb questions...if I use the Vasopro, how much caffeine and aspirin should I take with it...just wanna make sure I have the right dosage.

25mg epheprine, 200mg caffiene, 81mg baby aspirin 2-3 times daily

Hey I know this is a really stupid question and I am positive they dont work, but has anyone ever tried any of the spot fat reducing gels....just curious. Most of the fat I seem to have is on the outer layer of my body.
