IM SURE THIS IS A DUMB QUESTION BUT IM STARTIN TO GET CRAMPS WHILE IM DOIN CONDITIONING DURING FOOTBALL PRAC. IS THIS NORMAL WHILE ON AS?

i think everyone gets cramps during football conditioning. do they last long after practice is over? also when do they start?

My thoughts too...Your getting a little dehydrated. Keep the muscles flooded with water especially during sports or working out. They're made up of 75% water so don't forget to down the water and take a good multi vit. or at least substitute potassium and maybe taurine if your running clen . Good luck. Im sure you're stretching but don't forget. I hate F*kin stretching but you have too
