    Need some help with cycle...

    Hey guys I am pretty new here... however i am on my second cycle ever. My first cycle was just sustanon 250 at 2cc/wk. for five weeks just to tr it out. I got some reasonable results keeping in mind it was a very limited cycle. It has been two months since and I am now just starting my 4th week of a new cycle of super test 250 and I am not seeing the results that I want. I am eating and training hard. I would like to know what you think about me throwing some deca into the mix and going for another five weeks, and if not what you would recommend I throw in? I do not want anything that is going to make me really bloated or gain mad water. I would like a lean quality gain. Also I dont know what I should do for PCT, if you could recommend something to me and let me know how much and the frequency of use, i would really appreciate it. Thank you for your help.

    how long do you plan on running your second cycle, i hope longer than 5wks

    You cycle needs to be 10-12 weeks. Also, long estered tests take at least four weeks to reach peak blood levels resulting in gains. Also, you said that you are in your fourth week and that it has only been two months since you stopped your last one....what about time on=time off. As far as pct, research proper pct in the pct forum....we cant do it all for you

    first off, welcome to AR.

    Secondly, all the information you are requesting is here on AR. Do a search on cycles and read through what other people are doing. Read the profiles of the different gear and figure out what has the most opportunity of providing what you are wanting to acquire.

    Then do a research on PCT. It is all here. You should spend LOTS of time researching and finalizing your cycle before starting....which would include having your anti-e's and PCT in hand before EVER starting.

    After you do some research, post your stats (age, height, weight, training experince, bf, etc.) and what you are wanting to do....along with a suggested, well thought out cycle. Then, many people will be able to share experiences and critiques with you bro.

    if you don't want bloat then deca is not the choice i'd make. EQ will help you to achieve lean muscle mass assuming your diet is in check but should be ran for a minimum of 12 weeks.

    FOR ANTI-E I USE CLOMID 100-50mgs A DAY FOR 2-3 WEEKS, IT WORKS VERY WELL FOR ME. AS FOR SOMETHING TO RUN WITH THE TEST YOU MIGHT WANT TO TRY D-BOL SOME PEOPLE WONT AGREE,EVERY ONE IS DIFFERENT. BUT I RAN (SUS,CYP,AND D-BOL) AND IT WAS ***KIN GREAT. I HAD NO WATER PROBLEMS,EVERY TIME I USE D-BOL I STAY VERY LEAN. HOPE THIS HELPS
