    Arm Size increase

With my first cycle of 500mg of test, I put 1 inch on my arms to bring them up to 17.5 cold. Is it reasonable to assume with hard training and a high calorie diet, that with my next cycle of test and deca I could put on and keep another inch. That would be terrific!!

Dont hold me to this 100% but i think someone told me around 8-10 pounds of solid muscle will get you an inch on bi's........i believe this is correct but hopefully you get some other responses......so imo, yes it is possible.

    10 pounds = 1 inch

That sounds about right, I kept about 12 pounds on my last cycle.

i dont see how this works b/c some people have huge arms and only weigh 190 or so and can keep gaining size over time on them/ 10 pounds in a cycle may yeild 1 inch but dont go by my word/ just my 2 cent

Very true. Genetics play a huge part in arm size.
