    what kinda gains

    what kinda gains could one expect to get from this

    1-14 sus 250 at 500mg a week
    1-12 eq 400 week
    10-14 winny 50mg eod

    along with proper diet and pct
    and is this the way as in weeks it should be ran

    i would run a longer estered test and drop the winny down from weeks 9-13. JMO

    should get good results off that cycle like a sumwhat solid muscle mass

    your biceps will grow 2" and your chest......WTF bro.thats a pretty vague question without any history on you.age,hieght,weight,cycle history,diet,training experience....all these factor in to what you will gain and even at that there isnt a blueprint on gains.everyone is different.

    Agreed...

    Diet plays a HUGE role in it... even if you think your diet is perfect, post it up here just in case. I'm sure you would hate to make minimal gains due to a flaw in the most essential part of your cycle.

    Remember sustanon needs to be shot EOD to maintain somewhat constant blood levels
