    Time To Up My Cals?

    i am at the end of my 6th week of test enanthate 500mg a week (first cycle). i started at 180lbs and now way 197lbs. i had a six pack and now i can only kinda see the top 4 abs. i am taking in 4000 cals. i dont want to get n e fatter but i dont want my gains to stop either. so if i have to get fatter i will. anyways do u think its time for me to up my cals and by how much? thanx P.S NEVER TAKE PET PHARMA IT SUX BAD.

    If you don't want to get any fatter then keep it the same ... it seems like your still gaining right? Then your eating plenty.

    if u are running test e without an anti-e then it might be water and not fat that is the problem... if your diet is clean the fat u gain shld be minimized....

    I agree with James21 if you are still gaining keep the cal's were they are.

    I bet once you finsh your cycle and lose your water weight all the abbs that you are now the missing will reapear.

    Probaly just water weight don't stress.

    I don't know how far above maintenence your cals are but i wld keep it there until the gains really slow...

    what if i wiehg myself next sunday and i havent gone up in wieght time to up or weight another week?

    U cld still be losing fat and gaining muscle and not see a change in weight... and if u just started an anti-e u will probably be losing water weight now...

    some times the mirror tells the truth more than the scale does.... I am currently cutting and have lost about 10lbs or so... and I look bigger then ever...

    If u are not worried bout putting on a liitle more fat then bump your cals if u feel like your gains have slowed... just keep them clean calories..
