    First cycle. any suggestions

    I am thinking of running a cycle of Enanthate , since its my 1st cycle im only going to use test, ive armidex helps with side effects, any thoughs on what else i should take to help counter other side effects?(im 6'2 210 11%bf)

    If you are ready then 500mg pw for 10 weeks is fine.

    Before you go for it though, make sure you have gained as much as you can do naturally, you are not too young and your diet,training and lifestyle are in check.

    I usually run hcg , clomid and nolva for pct... I also add trib or tongkat.
