stretched stomach - any tricks of the trade ?
I am into my 3rd week of my firts cycle, which is test e, d-bol & deca . Suffice to say I am a little puffy but not too much and so far so good with my results.
I am however struggling with the constant stretched feeling I am getting in my gutrs due to the increased intake in food. My typical daily diet consists of
1 large bowl of porridge/oats & protein shake for breakfast
1 lean ham sandwich, no butter mid morning with a handful of brazil nuts
1 bowl brown pasta/rice with olive oil & tuna or chicken breast at mid day
Same again mid-afternoon & protein shake
5-6 pieces fruit throughout day
Train around 5-6 for 1-1 1/2 hours and protein shake afterwards
Home for meat or fish and vegatables with potatoes for evening meal
Maybe 1 weight gain drink 1 hour before bed (optional)
I am 5 foot 10 inches approx 195lbs and train 4 days week (mon-thurs)
Are there any tricks to ensure you are maintaining enough calories/nutrients without feeling so stuffed all the time ?

Try drinking 25g of whey protein with your normal meals. Any brand that testes good to you will do.

For the stretch marks your best bet is to deal with them now since you cant really fixem' later. Go to Shoppers Drugmart you can buy a product by Jamieson, it is 28,000 iu vitamin e oil. Great stuff, kinda sticky though. Another good one is called Palmers cocobutter, you can get it at the same place.
If you are feeling stretched (all ready???) then lube yourself with this stuff CONSTANTLY or you will look like Freddy Kreugar slashed you! Get up around your chest and armpits.
